One of the ways I learned to play piano by ear was to watch my friends and other musicians play. Eye hand coordination is important to develop and there is no way around it. It takes time and practice!

I will be using popular songs to demonstrate basic playing skills starting with the spiritual classic "How Great Thou art".

In this lesson it would be helpful for you to review a couple of lessons with videos. The more you practice your chord inversions and this simple three chord progression. The better you will do with learning song by ear.
